An innovative start-up using artificial intelligence to parse financial documents at scale, Accelex needed a clean and intuitive front end for their data. We started our work with them by doing user research: we conducted eight interviews with clients and internal stakeholders to understand prototypical user journeys from multiple perspectives. Then we designed and built new components that help users direct the machine learning process for their documents and then validate the results. We coordinated our work with Accelex’s European-based leadership and their offshore backend development team.
