We designed and developed Gender Gap, a thought-provoking data visualization software that enables companies to analyze employees in a breakthrough way, ultimately to discover the true value of diversity and talent. The user interacts with their human resources data, cross-referencing telling facts and figures like gender, title, performance, promotions, tenure, etc. A unique modeling tool demonstrates the companies growth over the past year and projects their growth over the next 3-10 years in regards to employee additions, attrition, and % female. Parameters set by the user can also determine ratios of males and females the user needs to hire each year to achieve their goals.
